Tiger Nuts. Ancient Superfood Worth Rediscovering.
Get the Rich Taste of Almonds. And Lots of Fibers.
Why They are Healthy: Tiger Nuts are gluten- and cholesterol-free and have a very low sodium content. They have an impressive mineral content, especially phosphorus and potassium. They provide up to five times the fiber content of brown rice, that is good news for your waistline. Many studies have proven that fibers protect against weight gain. So Tiger Nuts are a great way to get all the fibers you need and to support your digestive tract.
Our Tiger Nuts are grown on an organic farm in Austria and are carefully and freshly ground. They have a natural slightly sweet and nutty flavour of almonds.
